newbie problems. hyperlinks and email user id

Hi,

I am new to Blackberrys. I am having a couple of problems. Firstly hyperlinks are not selectable within emails, done a search on the forums and one solution about service books and restarting did nothing for me.

Secondly I use a service called Spamjab for one of my older email accounts. When I go to the Blackberry config page and but in the email address and password it doesnt let me change the user id. Spamjab overides the normal username with the actual email address. Any ideas how I can change this?
