Please help me to solve this issue:
We use Exchange 2003, Blackberry Desktop Redirector ver.4.1 and Outlook 2003. Imagine that one of our employees goes to work daily. So every morning he checks all emails in his BB. Well, some emails he marks as UNread for the future references. The he comes to the office and plugs the device in. It syncs and the message(s) that he had marked as UNread shows as READ in the outlook. This is really bugging him since he's getting like 500 emails daily... Please help me to solve this.
