Having some issues with a colleague's Address Book Synchronization. We have a BES and use Lotus Notes. All his addresses were imported from a Blackberry (using Desktop Manager) that was on Cingular as he was coming over from another company.
We use Sprint - it's a shame because we don't have the Pearl - I know. He has entered email addresses into his BB, but they do not show up in Lotus Notes when he uses the Syncronize Address Book feature in Notes.
Any ideas of why this isn't working?
