7100i Outlook Sync Help Needed

I work for a company that every employee has a 7100i, as the IT person I sync every BB from my computer to outlook. now when phone numbers are input into the 7100 they show up as 6048899760 but after sync with outlook it converts all phone# into (604)8899760. All our phones are 2way sync'd to ensure alll employees have the same contact info.

Is there anyway to set the 7100 to not show the brackets.

and yes I know that the brackets dont affect calling out, this is a visual problem and not a functionality problem.

So I guess no one has a solution... guess its time to call microsoft and spend the money to see if theres a work around in outlook to remove the brackets completely.
