I'm supporting two 8700c users who sync wirelessly to their BES. They are both reporting that at random times, email addresses are being dropped from their contacts, both on the BB and Outlook. The names/phone numbers stay in, but email addresses get dumped.
I am having them both remove the battery and put it back in to do a soft reset on the 8700c, but wonder if anyone else has encountered this issue??
