Missing Desktop Connectivity For Bluetooth

I have a Blackberry 8100 Pearl. I'm trying to setup the sync with Desktop Manager via bluetooth. I can get the computer and BB to pair. I cannot get it to sync. After I pair the devices on the computer it shows the only service available is Dial Up Networking. The Desktop Manager is setup correctly and bluetooth is enabled. The only thing I have can find that might be causing the issue is on the BB. Under bluetooth options I am missing Desktop Connectivity. In fact the only two options I have are Headset and Handsfree. I'm missing the other two. I have reload the software on my device 3 times. I am currently running V4.2.0.64. The newest release from T-Mobile. I have never had this device on a BES before. I have checked and there are no IT Policies on my BB. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
