BG himself seems to think March and indicated that the 88xx releases will be much closer together for a global launch on multiple carriers. Sounds like the days of the 90 day exclusives are gone.

Check out his site if you get a chance.

I think what he meant with teh multiple is for diferent cariers in diferent countries. Ie., USA, Canada, UK, France and so on with one exclusive carrier in each.

Multiple carrier launch would be the best they have ever done! Make alot of people happy at the same time. The RIM stock is SOARING!

You would be a idiot to buy RIM stock now. I bought mine before the lawsuit so do nto tell me it is not soaring. I knew what I was doing and YOU are advising people to BUY!

Listen, Apple is also going through a Lawsuit but they seem to be keeping afloat. Dropping 6 is a lot. I didnt say buy it now, I said buy it on the 20th, assuming Cingular releases 8800 on the 20th, or the 21st. Then sell on the 23-24th. Its like when Apple released the news on the iPhone, stocks went up almost 10.00, but fell a lot a few days later. Take advantage of it, thats all im saying

Yes, it was soaring from Dec-Jan it went up 16.00 or so.

Probably will rise again next week if Cingular acts upon people's speculation

What happened to that "buy on rumor, sell on news" thing?
