BB Noob need help with MMS on T-Mobile

Hi all,
I have searched the forum but did not find what I needed to know.

So I just got a BB Pearl 8100 on T-Mobile and wanted to send a MMS, and it says "No MMS Service Record, message cannot be sent. You will only be able to Save Draft". I don't have any data plan.

Is this the phone's setting problem?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here's a nice little bit of info for ya. (not sure if this is the problem or not) If you have the pearl, but not the data plan with T-Mo, then you can't send any picture messages. Not sure why it was made like that, but I know I've had a couple unpleasant experiences because of it. If you do have the data plan, then call tech and they can get it fixed (usually)
