7780 Phones?

I have a client that has a Rogers 7780 Blackberry phone and is having trouble getting to connect to our BES 4.0.x server. Does this phone require 4.1.x BES?

I looked under the firmware site for Rogers and only see them having firmware for the 7720 phones and that's it.. Do they even offer a 7780 phone?

The 7780 is pretty old. I believe it was sold by Cingular.
As long as the 7780 is running OS v4.0 or higher, it should work fine with BES 4.0 or higher.
