View Full Version : Does T-mobile send me a refurbished one or a new phone ?

I have a problem with my calendar. It doesn't alert me even I set it to vibrate or any message coming up. It only works after I pulled out the batter and it starts to work again. I'm thinking of sending it back to T-mobile. Are they going to send me a new or used one ? Thanks

If you have it warrantied you will likely get a refurb if they have them available. it's possible you'll get a new one but only if they are out of refurbs.


If it was me I'd wipe the OS and reload the latest OS from Cingular. That is if you've exhausted everything else.

I tried wiping the OS and reinstalled but it seemed not to work. Other vibrate functions are fine such as phone and alarm.
