Not all email being received

Hi,

I have 11 handhelds on site and some users are complaining that they do not receive all their emails? This appears to be both from contacts on the Global Address List and external.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I am far from a BES admin but do the users have personal folders setup on their workstations? If so, it's possible for the emails to drop to the personal folders before the BES can get a chance to send them out.

just a thought...I've seen that before.
