Level 1 Message notification fails

hi all,

I have a 7290, setup my profile to only notify on "Level 1 Messages." Normally this works well. I just swapped out my handheld and tryed to do it again. No matter what i try only notification that works is the "Messages" notification. I reloaded the handheld software v4.1.0.309. observations

when selecting vib / tone on "Level 1 Messages" it works fine in the profiles

when messages come to the handheld no notifications happen unless the "Messages" notification is turned on.

You've double-checked your filters that are set for forward messages as Level 1?

Scott--exactly what kind of messages are you expecting to receive notification of via the "Level 1 Notification"? Are you expecting your normal e-mail, SMS, PIN, or what?
