Anyone know when we can expect simp Chinese support?

I had Chinese on my 8700, but can't figure it out on the 8800. It is nice to be able to show the Shanghai taxi driver the Chinese name of the restaurant I need to go to.

there is a module you can install to SHOW Chinese, but not input Chinese.

i have those files if you need, you can use app loader and get chinese display on your bb 8800, no input though. all i needed was able to read some of my contacts.

The CSL firmware has Chinese display and input (simplified and traditional). It is at the address below. I think the procedure is to install the file, then locate "vendor.xml" file which should be deleted before upgrading the 8800 with App Loader:
