Truncated Telenav voice prompts

I have an 8703e with Verizon and am experiencing truncated Telenav voice prompts? Does anyone else have this problem?

First post I have seen on this. So you are using a BT puck I assume. Is this during a phone call or not?

Yes, I'm using a BT-359. Problem occurs when I'm not using the BB as a phone.
