Benefits of Unlocking!

I ordered my 8800 should be here tomorrow. I am switching back to BB from Symbian S60 and would like to know all the benefits beside moving between carriers. Does allow other themes, programs etc......Thanks:razz:

"Unlocking" only allows you to use other carrier's sim cards in the BB. That's it.

You don't need to unlock in order to load other themes and programs.

Yup -- same as any other GSM device.

unlocking lets you use local sims when you travel, or even switch between cingular & T-mobile when you are in the states.

travel is the best use... use pay per use sim cards
