can the 7100 series view MMS messages?

I noticed in the 7100g quick help guide that there is a shortcut to view MMS messages. Does anyone know if this is actually possible? I know you cant send but it would be handy to receive them.

Weird how there is a setting in BES for MMS.

It can, but you need an MMS service book and at least 4.0 - you'll have to ask your carrier if they support it (ie are they paying RIM for the service)
