Calender keep needed to be synced

Im new to the BB universe so bear with me. I have a BB 8700c and I use it mostly for the calender/email to schdule my bosses appointment. Here is the thing, i can sync my calender with my bosses. But then every couple of days, all my calender appointments would disappear. Then I would have to re-sync it. I had the BES admin take off the wireless sync, so i can do it via USB. That did not help.

ok I'll try my best to explain to you. It all is done in Desktop manager. If you want to sync with your boss, then you download it as "handheld wins" then have it uploaded "outlook wins" (i think thats right). Your bosses will have all the schedule from you but if they download it to your computer as "handheld wins", you lose all of your schedule.

Or you can use Outlook to schedule everything for your bosses and upload it to all BB's. Have your bosses tell you their schedules...
