Well I downloaded this product along with the English dictionary, but it does not allow me to open it. Yes I removed the battery after installing both apps and I have deleted it an re-installed it-still nothing. I downloaded it directly onto my blackberry, should I try downloading it to the desktop then installing? Any Suggestions?

I did an over the air download and it worked fine for me. I assume you follwed the steps on the website for downloading. You want to d/l to you PC and use the application loader to install it.

I had a problem when i initally downloaded it OTA. I contacted the creator via email and he sent me 1.5 version which worked fine with my 7100... you may want to try that.

I did an OTA and it is working great.
