Email on cingular 7290...

- I have a cingular 7290
- I have three POP email addresses set up through www.cingular.com/blackberry
- It's a 10 MB box, but fills up quickly
- In order to free up space and receive more mail, I have to go to their website on my PC and empty the deleted items folder.

Is there a way to either:
- automatically empty deleted items from the website when deleted on BB
- remotely delete the cingular folder from my BB

you should be able to reconcile emails, which is basically if you delete them on your handheld, they delete on your webclient. go to messages, click trackwheel, select options, click email reconciliation, change delete on to handheld and mailbox, make sure wireless rec. is on and choose how to resolve conflicts. that will keep them down. You may have to manually choose to reconcile your mail by selecting reconcile now in the menu under options.
