My 1st Blackberry

Just bought an 8800. Isn't there a way to manage the names, addresses + emails etc. on my laptop and then move them to the Blackberry ??
So far I have had to key everything into the Balckberry directly - Please help.

Most people use Outlook, but there are some other desktop PIMs like Lotus Organizer that work well. It basically has to sync through the included Intellisync that comes as part of BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
