I need to verify some features on a blackberry or find some documentations.
We are currently on a BES server with Exchange. I have an end-user who has 15 emails on his outlook client and 43 emails in his blackberry. The blackberry is set to delete on both handheld and desktop. When he archives into a personal folder in outlook it does not delete or get removed from his blackberry. Is there a way get around this so when he archieves an email it gets deleted from his blackberry? If this feature is not allowed, is there documentations saying so.
