Call Forwarding Menu Missing?

I went to Phone, options and Call Forwarding menu isn't listed?

Rebooted and tried different themes but still not listed.

Any help is appreciated.

there is no call forward feature on a PCS BB. Only on MiKE or GSM blackberries. Most carriers utilize the dialing feature of *72tendigit number
for example dial *728102456543 and hit send. Or ask your provider how to call forward your device.
