Help Activating GPS

Hi. I just got the BB 8800 and am trying to test out the GPS.

I go to Options>Advanced>GPS, then I hit the Menu key and select "Refresh GPS". I get a message that says Scanning for Satellites but nothing comes through and then I get a message that "GPS Location Update Not Working".

Can someone help me figure out why I cant get the GPS working?

See the GPS thread. Make sure you are outside, not near tall buidlings and hold the 8800 away from your body. First time lock can take some time.

Yes I think the problem was I was trying from my office in mid-town manhattan. Worked OK once outside. Thanks.
