User Tool CD HELP

i got my bb pearl a week ago and i got the cd with it called "Blackberry User Tools" but when i put it in my computer and want to Install it, it gives me an Error and doesnt install the cd, any ideas?? i cant install this

Go to your providers website and download desktop manager for the 8100

You can also call and tell them the CD is corrupt and ask for a new one :)

You may have to download the latest copy of Windows Installer 3.1 from the microsoft.com downloads web site.

I assume you are using a PC with Windows...

i have a new laptop with vista on it

i download it buy it still gives me the same error =/
it says:
"Error 2738: could not accsess VBSript run time for custom action"

someone please help?
