I've read through a few forums, but none of the issues seem to match what I am experiencing.
I have a user with a Blackberry who is having problems with reconcilliation. What happens is that e-mail that are deleted (hard delete or send to deleted items folder) in Outlook are not deleted from the Blackberry. The interesting thing is - when you try to open a message on the Blackberry that was deleted in Outlook, the BB says it cannot find the message.
Even doing a Reconcile Now does not seem to clear up the deleted messages.
Background info:
BB model: 8703e
Platform version: 2.2.0.165
BB version: 4.1.0.352
BES server: 4.0
Any ideas?
