New to Blackberry world. Recently I just got a BB 8700C (cingular) from the company. I am trying to make it able to able to read and input Chinese.
All the menus are in English in my BB. Surprisingly that it does show some of Chinese characters but some of them are just black square box.
I searched the forum and found a lot of discussions but still not very clear on how to do it.
Some posts said there is a HKCSL version that I can download and install it. Can someone provide a specific link My question: Does this replace the whole OS? then all the menus are also in Chinese? After installation how do I get back to the Cingular network? I believer the company also has a BES server running, what should I do to register my BB so that it can receive email from company's exchange server?
Is there any other way to just install the fonts and input method into the current English OS so that I don't have to flash the OS?
Thank you!
