Note length limit?

I wanted to put a really long text file on my pearl but the missing sync software will only put on the first 8000 characters. I read that the memo app could store as much as memory is left on the device. I am confused. Id like to have the whole thing on there since I will neeed to reference it. Can anyone help me?

What is your missing sync software you refer to? I have some really long memo pad notes on mine but I have never looked to how long.

It just says an error and it only syncs the first 8000 characters of the note.

I think there was a post here some time ago that said the maximum size of a MemoPad file was 7,958 characters, including spaces. I just break large files up into sections shorter than that limit.
