To those of your who owns the 8700 series, we know that it is pretty hard to look for a black holster that is designed for this unit that is not only functional but fits right and has a sleeper mode. This one so far, meets my criteria search. But still open for feedbacks since my search does not stops here :-)

Ohhh, this one does not has the white stitching that every guy that I know of dreaded the most (girly) :)

The speaker would be muffled when it rings. At times I work in a loud enviroment. I wouldn't be able to hear it ring. Sometimes I doun't even feel it viberate.

I bought the one off of RIM's website. Magnetic closure which is not exposed like the one picutred above, sleep magnet, completley black, swivel clip, nice soft leather, $24.99.

I continue to LOVE my Sena, after trying a number of others.

I just got a SENA for my Ipod.

The magnetic closure is really great; you can answer with one hand.

I know what you mean about finding a good case, I did some reading and found that this one is supposed to be good, I ordered mine already so hopefully it will fit my needs. It's a Monaco Apex Hydro case.

Another way to wear it, is instead of having the front of your BB face away from your body, wear it facing you. Then the speaker would not be totally covered. At least that how's I do it and of course, get a squeeky eeeky ringer -- that helps too :)

Where does a guy order this from? I especially like the type of clip used. Most cases for the 8700 do not have a clip that goes around the bottom of the belt.
