I have a 7280 that sends messages but doesn't receive them. I run a BES 2.2 for Lotus and have ensured that the user is in the correct group and his PIN has been entered in the manager. It has a full GPRS signal and can send messages without a problem. The previous user had set up the device to receive messages from his online account and that setting had to be transferred over to his new device. What am I missing? What do I need to do to get the user's device to receive messages?
