One of our usersr must have entered the wrong password which wiped device.

Once it restarted I set new activation password and it errored on BB device - "Decryption Error" - and also - "An error occurred. Please contact your System Administrator".

- I've tried Resending Service Book
- Wiping device again
- I can't regenerate key on device as there is no option or services in the list under security setting/general/service.
- I can't do it on the desktop manager as the policy disables/locks the usb/computer connection.
- I can't find any thing else to try when searching the forums....please help!?!?

I've just tried

Wiping the device
Removing the user from BES
Running "handheldcleanup.exe - u" in DOS on the server
Device activation again

No-joy. :?

This is a normal error message after the device has been wiped but still on the BES server. The server is still trying to send messages to the handheld but the shared keys no longer match. Once you reactivate the device that error message will go away.
