Could someone answer a few questions?

Hello everyone. Im the "acting" IT person at my office and several guys here have 7100t Blackberrys. And i myself have never used one, i prefer to keep my pda and phone seperate because i hate my nextel i730. Anyways onto the questions. They want to have thier calendars shared with outlook. I know that we already use outlook to forward their e-mails, but my question is can they sync their calendars on the phone to the one in outlook, or ones on an exchange server?

You will need a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) to wirelessly integrate with Exchange. BlackBerry's Web and Desktop clients only work with e-mail redirection.

But if they don't need wireless, real-time, syncs, they can sync their Outlook/Exchange calendars through the USB cable and the desktop manager.
