Blackberry 8707 show the Error 507!

My Blackberry 8707 show the Error 507!
All function cannot work! Hold in the error screen!
Have any suggestion to solve it?
hard reset can solve it or not? and how to hard reset?

Find the latest version of the OS from your carrier, download it to your desktop. Using Desktop Manager, connect your BB and use Application loader, follow the instructions.

i tried the reload solution.
the phone is detected correctly by desktop manager, but when it starts the Updating process it hangs up when trying to connect to the device.
A screen occurs saying that connection failed and i should try entering the password again...

any solution?

are you trying to backup data during the load operation? That would cause that password error. Try without backing up data.
