I've been trying to clean up my 8703 and remove all the Programs I no longer use...and there are quite a few of them. The two that are giving me the most grief, are Yahoo Messenger and Google Talk. I have removed what was available to me in Options/Advanced Options/Applications, and reset the device as instructed once I deleted the apps I could, but still the icons for both those Programs remain. I know I can hide them, but I'd like to get rid of them.
I've had a BB now for over a year, and because I also carry my iPAQ 4700 around with me, I have found very little use for most of the Programs I had for my BB....and have chosen instead to use my BB stictly as a phone and Email, the two things that BB's excel at. Anyone else finding they no longer use some of the Programs they initially bought when they first received their BB?
