problem with my 8700g

Lately I cannot receive my incoming call while I am either reading email or retriving email. The call got switched over to my mobile secretary. Is it phone problem or network problem?

That is the way it works: if you have an active signal transmitting data, the calls goes to voicemail. If your browser is idle or not receiving data, your call will come through. Likewise, if your on a call, you can't also use the browser.
