Import Palm address book in BB

I just got my first BB. I have still until couple days ago using my old Palm 5X.
How can I import data from my Palm address book into my BB?

to one of the supported sync options with the BB. I did this for someone in my office very easily. Exported as vcards and imported into Lotus Notes 6. Then did a sync of the BB. Do some looking at this option.

Anyone did it from Palm Desktop? or Outlook?

Outlook is one of the "supported sync options" to which Stinsonddog referred. The Palm Desktop is not. You can use Stinsonddog's method of exporting vCards from the Palm Desktop, or you can export in csv format, or you can use one of the various methods to Hotsync your contacts to Outlook. From Outlook, you can then easily sync over to the BB.
