I am trying to add some programs that were recommended by this board. One of the simpler ones is the backlight. Each time I choose to install as a add in and go through the motions I ultimately receive an error indicating it was "Fatal" and could not install(A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again..) I am using the 4.2.1.8 BB software. Cannot figure out why I would be receiving this message--Any assistance would be appreciated.
