Hello
First off, I'm new to this, and have been lumped with supporting a load of Blackberry 8700's at work for our directors.
My issue is that a user has bluetooth in his car, when a call comes into his normal mobile phone the bluetooth screen in the car can read the address so he knows who is calling.
He can also scroll through the address book on the in car screen to make outbound calls.
Problem being that the person has an 8700, bluetooth is enabled and his car is able to see the device, however his address book is constantly blocked, so he can't see who is ringing him and he cant dial out without physically picking the device up...which is now illegal if he is driving
can anyone help me with this please.
Thanks
