Explore BlackBerry content

Is there a way to look at the BB's content by USB cable and thus transfer files to and from it.
My data bundle is not that great that I can do all by the air.
Data above the bundle is € 0.50 per MB..

You cannot explore the contents of the BB via the USB cable on the 8700.
