Verizon BB 7250 dropped calls.

I'm using my 7250 as my cell phone as well as for BB emails.

However, my 7250 is really bad as a cell phone with dropped calls and poor signal reception. The signal meter goes from 5 bars to 0 bars in an instant and then returns to 5 bars, all this happening when I am stationary.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I have the same phone, same service, but am not having the same issue. Did you have a problem similar to this before you got the BB? Have you spoken with Verizon CS?

I just got my (new off eBay) and it does the same thing as far as signal strength goes but I haven't had it drop calls because of it?

4 7250's here at work with no user complaints.. so far, anyways. :D

Did you try doing a *228 to get the latest updates to your available cell towers, etc.?

My 7250 does this same thing. 5 bars to no service and back instantly.

Anyone have a solution?

i am now having the same problem on my 7250 with the signal going between full and "x" in a rythm. It is very annoying............what might be causeing this?!
