hey there,

I'm just wondering whether attachment in emails are automatically downloaded onto the Berry? or atachment needs to be downloaded separately?

If so, how do I download attachments/view them?

They aren´t downloaded automatically, you have to press the Trackwheel/-ball and have to click on open attachment and then you can decide which parts to download (if possible).

You also need "attachment service" installed on your Berry. It's part of the OS, and should be in the App Loader. If you're having trouble viewing them, that may be the fix.
