Help ...... Please Help Asap

I will be returning my BB 7750 to my employer tomorrow and need to delete ALL info on it ASAP. I tried taking out the battery and pressing the reset button, leaving the battery out for over an hour and I still can't get the information to go away. Please help me 12 hours to go and ticking.


PS - I do not have the cradle with me

Easiest way: set a password (Options / Security). Enter it incorrectly 10 times. Follow the prompts. After the 10th incorrect pw entry, it will wipe out all customer data. It will leave the OS intact, but remove the data. Popping the battery just resets it. Off you go :)

There's a wipe handheld option on the same menu under Security. Select it, the BB will prompt you to enter the world "blackberry" and viola, after a reboot it's clean.

That is an option for v3.8 and higher. The other solution works on any level of the BlackBerry OS.
