Help, No Internet Browser 7100i nextel

I have no internet browser at all, I have the services books but no icon.
Things I have done so far.
Master radio reset.
Deleted all service books and re-registered phone.
Wiped and reloaded newest OS.
Taken battery out, done master reset, sent service books.

Phone worked fine for almost a year, now all of a sudden it stop giving me the browser icon.
Any other ideas?

I'm assuming you have the BB data plan. You have to have the data plan to have the web browser.
Did you just get the phone and service? I had that problem when I first got my 7100i. I called Nextel and they did something and my browser showed up. I would call them.

The phone is over a year old and I have never had this problem before. All the internet stuff worked before.

Log into your BIS and send service books. Is the icon hidden? Take the battery out then replace.

if you have used the phone for this long with no data plan, congrats!

resetting the ptn will cause the gravy train to end....:cry:

forget trying the service books and etc...... you need a data plan to get it to work again.
