hello,

I'd like to subscribe to some of the push services on mobile.blackberry.com, but my 8800 browser doesn't seem compatible. Basically the site tells me to use the blackberry browser... I am... Is the 8800 still not compatible with the website?

thanks
Steve

The site tells you to use internet browser for push services.

I get the same error in both my PC browsers and the 8800 browser
"The BlackBerry HELP! website is designed for use with the BlackBerry browser"

I've checked my default browser on the blackberry and it's t-zones and I cant seem to get the "blackberry" browser. I've tried going into my BIS and sending the service books, but have no profiles option to send the internet browser service book. Can you help?

In your browser, you need to go to the Go To window, hit the Menu key and then choose Change Browser. Select the Internet Browser and then go to mobile.blackberry.com. All browsers are under the same icon in 4.2.

You only get the Blackberry Browser with BES -- not BIS.

Only BlackBerry Browser and Internet Browser will work with mobile.blackberry.com. Everything else (ie, WAP browser, OperaMini, T-Zones, [insert carrier branded WAP Browser here], etc) will give a generic error

The Internet Browser is the only one that will work with push services.

i only have the option for t-zones, and as I said, cannot send the internet browser service book as my BIS doesent have a profiles tab.

How else can I get this?!

Did you try using the change browsers option described above?

You should be able to get Internet Browser on BIS as it doesn't require MDS. If the service books aren't getting pushed then call your carrier's data support.
