Problem with using Modem on 8707v

Hello,

I have setup the modem using the information contained in the pdf from the blackberry (http://www.blackberry.com/fr/products/pdfs/8707v_device_trial_FR.pdf) site. It all went well but when I am trying to dial I get the following error message:

Error 692: There was a hardware failure in the modem (or other connecting device)

Is it possible my company has blocked the access to the modem ?
