my 7100i is "stuck"

I was trying to install the latest version of the software (.525?)tonight,,,it froze and now all I can do is get to the yellow nextel screen..the hour glass keeps spinning. I have tried a hard reset (30 seconds no battery) and my Desk top software doesnt recognize the blackberry.. any help would be appreciated

How long have you been waiting? After a reload, it typically takes a long time to come up.

Well, It kind of "fixed" itself.. BUT, when I woke up this morning, it had an error code "395" I used the forums to fix that myslelf.. as far as how long it was "stuck" i had the hour glass on the screen for like 1-2 hrs..
