I have to give my phone to a differrent employee. How do I delete all the contact information at once?

To wipe on a 71xx I think you need to assing a password in Security options then enter it 10 times incorrectly... this will wipe the device clean....

If you have the newer OS installed then you can wipe it from Security options....
