Blackberry appointment conflict

I have a situation: I have set appointment in my blackberry on Monday 3pm to go to a business meeting and on the very same day I have set a doctor appointment in my Outlook. So there is going to be a conflict and either device or outlook will win on synchronization. Is there any way that I can choose manually which one will win?
