As a new BB owner im very confused with the device!! i have read a lot of the threads here for newcomers, tips and tricks and how to change the case...it seems so hard to get use to the BB with all the sofwears that are out there and to syc it to a desktop...with my old pocket pc it was so easy to add and remove programs as well as sync and adding files to it i got bored of it!! but i guess i just have to get the hang of it and have fun with it like all of you!!!!
