We use BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1, and have users on Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007
The users with mailboxes on an Exchange 2003 server can do a Lookup from the GAL, but if the user is moved to an Exchange 2007 server, the Lookup fails, with 'Lookup failed:'
This is the only problem we see.
Users can send and receive mails, see their calendar, and everything seems to work…
Any suggestions?
