Strange little icon (post it like) on top of BB

A customer, show to me a strange little icon on the bb7290.
It cames near the date to the left, with a number and an icon like a little post-it, but when I open the block notes, the activity and other "button", there's no new notes.

What this icon stand for?

This icon normally represents a reminder notification for a task or an appointment... In most cases it should disappear as soon as you acknowledge the pop-up reminder by selecting "Dismiss", but I have seen it get "stuck" sometimes.

Check your Calendar and Tasks application and make sure that you don't have any unacknowledged alarms. If you still can't get rid of the icon, try resetting the device by holding :alt: + :cap: + :del: at the same time.

Infact it only appears when the keylock is on. No appointments are scheduled.

I have the same thing going on. Looks like a calendar reminder icon. It disappears as soon as I unlock the device. I've tried the three finger salute, but it's still there.

Take out the battery & put it back in and that should fix the problem.
